The steps below will guide you through resetting your UltraQ or DynaQ so you can start fresh. Please note that a factory reset clears the previously saved Wi-Fi settings, so you’ll simply need to pair your UltraQ again to re-enter your Wi-Fi credentials.
How to factory reset your UltraQ/DynaQ:
- Press and hold the round button on the left side of the controller for about 10 seconds.
- After 3 seconds, the display will change to the target temperature.
- Continue holding the button—after 10 seconds, the display will return to the probe temperature, confirming the reset is complete.
- Unplug your UltraQ/DynaQ from power.
- When you’re ready to pair your UltraQ/DynaQ with the BBQ Guru mobile app, plug it back into power and follow the pairing steps.
This process helps ensure a clean setup and smooth reconnection.
