BBQ Guru Limited Warranty & Return/Repair Policy

Return Policy: 

BBQ Guru stands behind the products it manufactures and sells to its customers. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you have purchased from BBQ Guru, BBQ Guru will accept a return of the product, no questions asked, within the first 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Please securely package the product you are returning in its original packaging, including all documentation that was provided with the product, when you send it back to BBQ Guru. BBQ Guru will refund the payment to the original method of payment used for the purchase, usually within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item.

BBQ Guru will NOT accept the following items for return: (i) items that have been personalized or customized: (ii) special order items, if not part of the BBQ Guru retail sales offering (iii) items that have been altered or disassembled; (iv) gift cards (v) services.

What items can be exchanged: In addition, returns may be accepted for products which are still covered by warranty exchanges. Review our product warranties.

Shipping charges for products returned: The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
