My DynaQ won’t connect to the mobile application.

Before attempting to connect again, ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device and that the Bluetooth LED indicator light on the DynaQ is blinking. If it is not blinking, contact BBQ Guru Customer Service immediately.



If it is blinking, reopen the application and attempt to connect again.
