This could happen for several reasons: there is not enough power coming from the power supply or other power source, the display on your control is frozen, or the display on your control is damaged.
- If you have a voltage meter, test your power supply to see if it reads 12V.
- Try a different power outlet. If you are using an extension cord, try a different cord or try plugging the control directly into a power outlet.
- Extreme temperatures can cause the display to freeze. The BBQ Guru control will still function but you will not be able to read the display. Allow the control to warm up and the display should function normally.
If you are still experiencing issues, your power supply or display might be damaged. Click here for warranty/return information.
